7 Minutes of Exercise Heaven

Think you don’t have time for a good work out? Think again.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends at least 150 minutes of moderately intensity aerobic exercise and two days of muscle-strengthening activities each week — a rate that can seem daunting if you’re not exercising regularly now. But your exercise routine doesn’t have to be intimidating, and it doesn’t have to be done for 30 minutes at a time. Instead, you can break your work out into much more manageable segments, such as this seven-minute workout recently recommended on the New York Times’ “Well” blog.
